What is Breathwork?  

Breathwork is the practice of conscious, controlled breathing that supports healing and transformation. It touches every part of us—mind, body, and emotions—helping to create balance, clarity, and a deep sense of well-being. Breathwork is a simple yet powerful tool for reconnecting with yourself, creating inner peace, and unlocking your full potential—one breath at a time.

My Approach

I believe breathwork should feel safe, accessible, and deeply personal. My sessions are designed to guide you through gentle, relaxing, and deeply nurturing breathing techniques that help you regulate your body, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with yourself.

I foster a space of trust, safety, and non-judgment, where you are met with compassion and empathy in every breath. Whatever emotions or experiences arise, they are welcomed with care, and I will support you in navigating them with kindness. You will always know what to expect, and I will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel fully supported, seen, and safe to express yourself.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your practice, my approach meets you exactly where you are, creating a space for healing, relaxation, and transformation at your own pace.

For years, I was searching for answers. I read countless self-help books, journaled for hours, and tried to “think” my way into healing. But something was still missing—I felt stuck, disconnected, and trapped in cycles I couldn’t break.

Then, I discovered somatic practices, and everything started to shift. For the first time, I wasn’t just working on my mind—I was working with my body. I felt the difference almost immediately.

But it wasn’t until I experienced a tragic accident that these practices became essential to my healing. My nervous system was in a deep freeze state, holding onto trauma, stress, and fear. Breathwork became my way through. It helped me release stored trauma, rebuild my strength, and cultivate resilience in a way I never thought possible.

Breathwork didn’t just help me recover—it transformed me. It gave me the tools to regulate my emotions, move through life’s challenges with more ease, and truly reconnect with myself.

This practice changed my life, and now I’m here to share it with you.  I guide others in using breath as a powerful tool for healing, regulation, and transformation. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, breathwork can help you come home to your body.
