Group Breathwork

Experience the power of conscious breathing in community. Our group breathwork sessions are guided practices designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm. Each session combines intentional breathing techniques, gentle guidance, and integration time to support emotional and energetic release in a safe, supportive environment.

Every session includes:​

  • Meditation – To center your mind and body before the breathwork.

  • Breathwork – Guided breathing techniques tailored to the theme of the session.

All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home.

1:1 Breathwork Session
