Refund Policy

At Somatic Soulworks, your experience and wellbeing are deeply important to us. Below is our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our clients and our business.

1. Private Sessions (1:1 Breathwork)

​

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Group Sessions (Lunar Soul Sessions or other live events)

​

• Refunds are not provided for missed group sessions.

• If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you may request to transfer your credit to a future session (subject to availability).

• No credit or refund will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

3. Digital Products or Pre-recorded Content 

​

• All sales of digital content (such as recordings, guides, or downloadable materials) are final and non-refundable.

4. Class Cancellations by Somatic Soulworks

​

If Somatic Soulworks must cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule or apply your credit to another session

Please email us at somaticsoulworks@gmail.com with your full name, the session you booked, and your reason for cancellation. We will respond within 48 hours.
